NC gay rights group travels to SC

GREENVILLE, S.C. (AP) — A North Carolina-based gay rights group was in South Carolina today to kick off the second leg of a national campaign to bring gay-rights issues to the forefront of the presidential race.
Organizers with Faith In America say the group traveled to Greenville in response to the May death of 20-year-old openly gay man.
Sean Kennedy died after he was punched in a nightclub parking lot.
